Thank you for booking our workshops at St Peter’s School, designed to nurture creativity, collaboration and confidence on and off stage.
We are really excited to meet everyone! We want all children to feel welcome and relaxed, whether they are a beginner or a budding entertainer.
What to bring?
We ask that the children bring the following items in a named bag or container:
A healthy nut-free packed lunch. Including 2 snacks. (St Peter’s School has a nut-free policy)
Their own personal hand sanitiser.
A refillable drinks bottle.
Comfortable and suitable shoes.
Appropriate clothing for movement and arts & crafts (workshops may include paint and glue).
Sun cream and a hat.
A coat or jacket for outdoors.
No sharing of these items is permitted.
Clothing & Sun Protection
It is your responsibility to make sure your child has the appropriate clothing and sun protection for indoor and outdoor activities. We will remind children about sun cream (if needed) and jackets before outdoor play.
Drop off/Pick Up
The first activity starts at 09:00, and the last activity finishes at 16:00, we will be available for drop off at 08:30 and pick up until 16:30.
Charges of £20 will incur for every 15 mins after the 16:30 deadline.
Where possible registration will take place at the 'Brown Wooden Doors’ at the end of Queen Annes Road, the entrance to St Olave's School Dining Hall. (Pictured Below)
Parents/Guardians will be required to sign in and record a password for collection of their child at the end of the day. If a different parent/guardian is collecting their child, please inform the team member at registration or contact Luke on 07814 339138 before our pick up time. All persons collecting children must state the correct password.
Hand sanitiser will be available at the sign in for every child to use.
Children and Parents/Guardians will be asked to confirm that they, or anyone in their family, are not displaying any COVID-19 symptoms. We encourage all children to take a lateral flow test before the workshops each day. Any child who arrives displaying symptoms will not be allowed to partake in the days/weeks activities.

COVID-19 Workshops Safety Procedures and Risk Assessments
Full risk assessments have been carried out. Moreover, we can confirm that St Peter’s School and our public liability covers us to operate our workshops during the dates stated. However, our insurers will not cover our employees or your children if they were to contract COVID-19 during their time with us.
Therefore, by bringing your child to our workshops you are agreeing that we will not accept any liability if your child was to get COVID-19 at our workshops. We appreciate this appears heavy handed, but from a legal perspective we need to state this. Of course, we are doing everything that is within our control to make your child’s time with us is as safe as possible.
If you are uncomfortable with this, we are prepared to refund you for the dates booked. Please, email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund. We will do our utmost best to process any refund requests within seven working days.

Please inform us if you do NOT give consent to the photographing or videoing of your child. All images/videos are strictly for marketing purposes and will only appear on Creative Coliseum’s social media accounts and website.
