1. Information We Collect To enroll a participant in our workshops, holiday clubs, or productions, we collect:

• Parent/Guardian Data: Name, address, email, and phone number.

• Participant Data: Name, age, and date of birth.

• Sensitive Data: Emergency contact details, medical conditions, allergies, and any Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure the participant’s safety during our "Action, Craft, Move & Clown" sessions.
   

2. Why We Collect This Data (Legal Basis)

• Contractual Necessity: To provide the drama services you have booked for the participant.

• Legal Obligation: To meet our safeguarding and child protection duties.

• Vital Interests: To protect a participant’s health in an emergency.

• Consent: For uses like marketing emails or photography (which you can withdraw at any time).
   

3. Data Retention We hold your information for as long as the participant is involved with us. Medical and emergency data is reviewed annually and deleted 12 months after a participant ceases to attend, unless we are legally required to keep it for insurance or safeguarding records.
 

4. Photography and Social Media We love celebrating our participants' work! However, we will never use a participant's image for social media or marketing without your explicit, opt-in consent.

• Our social media channels are used for community engagement. Please be aware that these platforms have their own privacy policies.
   

5. Disclosure to Third Parties We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use secure platforms (such as Wix and our booking partners) to process your data. We only disclose information to third parties (like emergency services or local authorities) when legally required or necessary for a participant's safety.
 

6. Your Rights Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you or the participant.

• Ask us to correct or delete personal data.

7. Security We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information to prevent unauthorized access. Digital data is password-protected and access is limited to authorized staff.
